30-Day Return Policy for Damaged Items

If an item is received broken, you may be eligible for a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return for a damaged item, you must:

 

• Provide your order number. This helps us quickly locate your purchase details.

• Email a photo of the damage. Please email the photo to contact@tampasclayfulcreations.com. The photo should clearly show the extent of the damage.

Upon review of your claim and confirmation of the damage, we will process your return.

Exclusions from Returns

Please note that the following circumstances are excluded from our return policy:

 

• Slight variations in color and texture: Due to the artisanal and handmade nature of our work, slight variations in color and texture are inherent and contribute to the unique character of each piece. These variations are not considered defects and are therefore not eligible for return.

• Custom orders with agreed-upon colors: For custom orders where all colors were previously agreed upon by the customer, returns will not be accepted based on color discrepancies. We encourage customers to carefully review and approve color choices before finalizing custom orders.

• Final sale: Items purchased under the final sale section are not eligible for return due to being purchased as-is.
